Stuck between expensive consultants and blank templates
Most SMEs preparing for ISO 9001 face the same three problems — and nothing in between to solve them.
No clear starting point
The standard is long and technical. Teams don't know which clauses apply to them, or which documents they actually need.
Weeks of manual writing
Policies, procedures and records eat weeks of skilled staff time — and template packs still leave every company-specific gap blank.
Consultants are slow and costly
A readiness project with a consultant is billed by the day, runs for months, and the knowledge often leaves when they do.
Three tiers. One audit-ready package.
ISO 9001 documentation has a natural order: policy sets direction, procedures put it into practice, records prove it happened. Complidox builds your set in exactly that order — the same three arcs you see in our logo.
Policy & process Level 1 · 5 documents
Answer a short guided questionnaire — or paste in documents you already have and let the AI analyse them against the standard and list the gaps. Complidox drafts your scope, quality policy, objectives, process map and quality manual.
Procedures Level 2 · 12 documents
Once your policies are approved, procedures are drafted with your policy answers as context — document control, risk, suppliers, purchasing, nonconformity, internal audit, management review and more.
Evidence & records Level 3 · 15 documents
Forms, registers and logs complete the set — the records an auditor will ask to see. Upload real evidence as PDF and link it to a roadmap task or checklist item.
Each tier unlocks when the one before it is approved, so your procedures never contradict your policy — and nothing enters your documented system until an admin signs it off.
Everything between kickoff and the certification audit
One workspace for your roadmap, your evidence, your documents and the people who sign them off.
Certification roadmap
A phased plan from gap analysis to the certification audit, with concrete tasks in every phase and a progress bar that tells you where you stand.
- Gap analysis → documentation → implementation → internal audit → certification
- Tick off tasks as you go
Clause-based evidence checklist
Every requirement of the standard, grouped by clause, with what counts as evidence and which items are mandatory.
- Per-organisation progress
- Items complete automatically when you upload linked evidence
AI document drafting
Templates fill themselves from your company profile — names, roles, sites, products. "Complete with AI" drafts the remaining blanks and flags only what a person must decide.
- 32-document ISO 9001 library
- Edit in the built-in editor, download anytime
Document analyser
Already have a quality manual or procedures? Paste them in and the AI reviews them against the standard's requirements and returns a gap list.
- Keep what works, fix what's missing
- Available at any point — never locked
Context-aware AI advisor
Ask plain-language questions about the standard — "do we need a calibration record?" — and get answers grounded in ISO 9001 and your live progress.
- Knows your phase, tasks and documents
- Suggests the next step
Team & roles
Invite colleagues by email. Org admins manage the workspace and give final approval; members draft, review and upload evidence.
- Activity log of who changed what
- Reviewer chosen per document
Controlled documents, the way an auditor expects
ISO 9001 clause 7.5 asks you to control documented information. Complidox does that for you, on every document.
Submit → review → approve
Drafts go to a reviewer you pick, who can comment or send back. Final approval always rests with an org admin.
Who, what and when — on every document
Creator, reviewer, approver and dates are shown on each document, with version history behind them.
One inventory for everything
Generated, AI-drafted and uploaded documents in one list — browse by name and year, filter by type, level and status.
Evidence that ticks its own box
Upload a PDF, link it to a roadmap task or checklist item, and that item is marked complete automatically.

ISO 9001 first. Built for more.
The standard is a variable in Complidox's data model, not a hard-coded assumption — so each new standard is a content build, not a rebuild.
Questions teams ask us
Does Complidox certify my company?
No. ISO 9001 certificates are issued by an accredited certification body after an external audit. Complidox prepares you for that audit: the documentation, the evidence and a clear view of what's still missing.
Do I still need a consultant?
Complidox takes over most of the drafting and tracking a readiness consultant would do. Some teams still bring in an expert for a final review before the audit — the two work well together, and the expert's time goes much further.
Is the AI output ready to use as-is?
Treat every draft as a strong starting point. You edit it in the app, a reviewer checks it, and an org admin approves it. Nothing becomes part of your documented system until it's approved.
We already have some documents. Can we use them?
Yes. Paste existing documents into the analyser for a gap list against the standard, and upload finished documents or evidence as PDF (up to 10 MB each). Uploads can be linked to a roadmap task or checklist item.
Who approves documents?
Any member of your workspace can be chosen as the reviewer for a document. Final approval is always given by an org admin, and every step is recorded with name and date.
Which standards are supported?
ISO 9001 is live today. ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, GDPR and ISO/IEC 42001 are modelled in the platform and planned next.
